To perform acquisition services,
UrbConNet® specialists
perform the following activities:
1. Identification of possible land areas witch correspond to
the proposed type of investment along with the type of technology
elected by the client (if necessary);
2. Verification of land in terms of legal, economic and technical
arrangements:
-
Consulting approved urban planning documentation for that area;
- Identifying routs utilities in the area and the possibilities
of adapting them in case of developting an investment project;
- Identifying the owners and the law that applies to the land
involved in investment;
- Identifying and investigating the neighborhoods of the investment;
- Identification of possible studies on the quality of the
subsoil;
3. Negotiation of contract terms offered by the client with
the owner/ owners of the location;
4. Intermediation in preparing the cadastral documentation
with the help of an authorized expert, including obtaining
the cadastral number;
5. Closing a sale-purchase contract:
- signing the contract on behalf of the beneficiary;
- paying fees and notary fees in the name of the beneficiary.
6. Registration of the land at the Office
of Cadastre and Real Estate Advertising.
